In the spirit of sharing and helping out other artists and performers, even promoters it good to note that from 38 years experience of working in the business “no good deed ever goes unpunished “ hence for the purposes of promoting harmony we ask you to… Pay in advance. Hiring equipment requires a payment with cheque 3 days in advance or via our website with a credit or debit card or face-to-face with cash through our office. Return equipment in the same condition as it is hired out. Pay for any damage. In the case of lighting (incandescent lamps -not led) if lamp bulb is not working, broken the hirer will be replace it with a new lamp. Any damage to led lighting will incur a replacement of the whole equipment with new equipment of exactly the same specification or mending charge. We will not hire any electrical equipment for use outdoors without effective weather protection. Failure to do so will incur heavy charges or replacement of damaged equipment. We charge a daily rate so failure to return any equipment, props, cases etc. on the designated day will incur the full daily rate for each day overdue. We do not usually deliver or collect items. If in a rare case we are able to provide this facility you will be charged for this service. We reserve the right to change or adapt these terms and conditions of hire periodically.
